The setting is designed for private sessions, whether shared by a couple, friends or a small group, rather than for a communal spa visit.
The central feature is an indoor whirlpool with massage jets, bubbling water and atmospheric lighting. It accommodates up to four people and includes bath salt for the spa experience. These features allow the private room to shift from calm and subdued to more social, music-led relaxation. A welcome sparkling wine is also provided, alongside the self-service drinks.
After the wellness session, the changing area includes a hairdryer, mirror, body lotion and other practical products. A Dyson Airwrap is available for drying and styling hair.
