Lakeside Stroll – Uri Region Next, we visit a village on the shores of Lake Lucerne where the air feels lighter, and the vibe is almost Mediterranean. Historic Village near Altdorf Step back in time as we visit a small Swiss village tied to one of the country’s most famous legends, William Tell. Klausenpass & Raclette Picnic We’ll drive one of Switzerland’s most scenic mountain roads, with plenty of stops to admire the views and visit a small alpine dairy. If the weather allows, you’ll enjoy a traditional cheese experience picnic fondue/raclette surrounded by grazing cows and mountain silence. 7. Hidden Waterfall in Glarus Tucked into a remote valley in the UNESCO-listed Glarus region, this waterfall is a true gem you can even walk behind it and feel the cool mist while surrounded by cliffs and lush alpine greenery. 8. Swiss Chocolate Stop – Bilten Before heading back, we make one last sweet stop at a local chocolate shop known for high-quality Swiss treats.
