LABOR5 Zürich

LABOR5 Zürich is an event venue at Schiffbaustrasse 3, 8005 Zurich, designed for programmes that range from cultural events to private celebrations and professional functions. Rather than operating as a conventional restaurant, the venue provides a flexible setting for public and private occasions, with an emphasis on adaptable event production and contemporary technical equipment.

The programme can include concerts, comedy performances, parties, trade fairs, vernissages and art exhibitions. A calendar and ticket section supports public events, while the space is also available for private bookings. Birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and farewell gatherings are among the occasions suited to its private-event format. The venue’s day-and-night positioning allows different types of functions to take place in the same urban setting.

Corporate organisers can use LABOR5 for events that require a distinctive atmosphere and current event technology. The venue also supports digital and hybrid corporate formats, making it suitable for presentations or programmes that combine an in-person audience with online participation. Its event-focused character places production, staging and audience experience at the centre rather than a fixed dining concept.

LABOR5 is also intended for organisers developing their own public event ideas. Concert promoters, comedy producers, exhibition organisers and teams planning cultural or commercial gatherings can use the location as an event base, with venue support available as part of the booking process. This makes the space relevant to both established formats and individually planned occasions.

For visitors, the experience depends on the particular event taking place. A ticketed comedy show, concert, party, fair or exhibition can give the venue a different character from a private celebration or corporate gathering. Checking the event calendar is therefore the most useful way to understand the programme, access arrangements and ticketing for a particular date.

With its central city address, broad event remit and configurable format, LABOR5 suits cultural audiences, private hosts, companies and event organisers looking for a dedicated location rather than a conventional dining venue. The setting is especially relevant for occasions where entertainment, presentation, celebration or exhibition form the main focus.
